Osceola Trace
Project was a 1,000 acre vacant land that the partnership successfully secured the desired
entitlements. The development included rights to build low, medium, and high density residential,
commerical, retail and hotel. The property received the rights to build the highly competitive county
convention center. The property was then sold to another developer. The partnership retained an
interest in the property until the debt was paid in full.
Long Island Resort
The partners started with a small interest in the 88 Unit resort. After some underlying financial issues arose due to the downturn in the economy, the debt and management of the property was acquired. The restructuring resulted in the property becoming the most fiscally sound resort in the area.
Asian American Health Development
The partnership owned the hospital and surrounding real estate. This was a full service JCHAO accredited hospital. The property was sold to a larger hospital network.
