The current generation is now managing and running the business. We invest, co-invest, joint venture or a variety of structures. There is flexibility depending on the specific investment, requirments and underlying business. We do not look to run the daily operations, but participate in developing the businesses and contribute added value. This could be from our other investments that can be synergistic and with our relationships worldwide. Our business model has some unique attributes that gives us a competitive and financial advantage. This advantage is an important aspect in our evaluation. We partner with strong partners with a long-term vision to work together for years and decades, perhaps even generations, to come. Sectors include ground up real estate development, technology, energy and infrastructure. As we like to work with strong partners, we typically co-invest along with other notable groups and couple that with the above. By incorporating some of our investment holdings, we gain strategic and financial advantage while minimizing risk and exposure.

We are ready for what the future brings and look to be a major part of creating this future. With our family history, it is in our DNA to be flexible and prosper for tomorrow. This includes concerns about the environment, new energy, the environment, and sustainability in many forms. This includes financial sustainability. In order to reach these objectives we incorporate real estate development, technology, and different forms of energy, among others. This includes renewable energy as well as fossil fuels. Until new forms of energy has reached a large enough scale, we all still need to rely on today’s forms of energy. However, we can work towards what we will need for the future.Our History
Our Start
Our family started generations ago in the publishing and international trade business. This included as a former minister of trade in Asia. The current matriarch was in the medical field and started investments in real estate. These included greenfield developments and opportunistic investments. Her son developed additional strategies to further improve and grow. Since then we have diversified to include other sectors, strategic investments and a business model that is fit for today. We focus more on gateway cities and large scale projects with strong partners. However, we are open to look at various other investments, including resort developments and different technologies that are a good fit. We see ourselves as not just a financial investor, but also a strategic partner who can help grow the business together.
